We’ve designed a 6-month program to ensure just that. In our experience, it takes about this amount of time to fully embody a new version of ourselves–you’ll know because your life won’t feel “6 months ago” it’ll feel 6 years ago!
Healing Goes Deep
We cannot heal fully unless we unlock the body’s secrets. That’s why it is constantly hinting at our imbalance–from something as annoying as headaches to debilitating as a chronic illness. Our traumas–any shame, blame, suppressed feelings, unworthiness, or any number of negative moments and belief systems–are buried in our body. At a certain age, or when we’ve reached our quota and you are ready to say, “ENOUGH!”, the body is finally heard and the healing can really begin. Even if you have explored many modalities of healing and you feel that your symptoms aren’t changing, this avenue may be for you. It takes emotional investigation, discipline, courage, and others to tap into what is ready to be released.
