Hey All! There is a vegetarian chili recipe that I used to love and make all the time! Of course I can't find it, but I'll see if I can write it down from memory (will make it again sometime soon and adjust the recipe before posting for posterity on the website) EDIT: DONE! Val Friendly: 2-4 cups veggie or meat stock 1-2 cans of beans of your choice (or slow cook them from dried) 1/2-whole chopped onion 1-2 apples 3-4 stalks of chopped celery 1/2 cup raisins ground beef (or other meat that sounds tasty/you have available!) 1/4 cup red-wine vinegar 1 tsp cumin seed black pepper Serve with cheddar cheese and/or sour cream Optional garnish with cilantro or parsley paul Friendly: 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes and/or veggie stock 1-2 cans of beans of your choice (or slow cook them from dried) 1-2 apples 3-4 stalks of chopped celery 1/2 cup raisins 1 cup cashews 1/4 cup red-wine vinegar 1 tsp … Read more
