EarthHeart Healing is the regeneration of your mind, body, and spirit to thrive as the LifeForce you are designed to be!

EarthHeart Healing works from the inside out. My Healing Body includes a unique reading of your body’s optimal foods. To assist cellular regeneration from an illness, or simply to have more energy as you are naturally designed, we supplement healing with the EarthHeart Healing online Community. This includes movement practices, emotional and trauma release work, cooking tips, food profiles, and community support from others who are also on this journey!

Healing holistically, EarthHeart also aligns with the Earth’s ecosystem as we do our part in coming back into balance with what thrives intrinsically on our planet and in ourselves.

Are you also called to return to our (grass)roots? In our AMAZING home of Asheville and Western North Carolina, more and more of us are waking up to the Dream of living and thriving in sustainable community. So many people are creating homesteads, retreat centers, and eco-villages to bring us back into deep relationship with the land.

Our focus is healing-based: for those that seek a reprieve and a lasting change from whatever stress-based lifestyle came before, for those that are landing in this region and are seeking a like-minded spiritual community that lives and works closely with the Earth, for those that are committed to healing and desire a community to share that healing, and for each one of us to repair damage we caused within ourselves by being distanced and abusive to our incredibly generous Earth home. It has happened to all of us, and the way forward is within all of us.

We invite you to join us in this vision. We have a Go Fund Me fundraiser to help with the cost of acquiring land and rebuilding. We have many healing sessions of on offer as an exchange for your donation, including yoga lessons, Cardology readings, shamanic work, sound healing, reiki and more.
